Challenge
As part of Good Market's growth strategy, they desired to increase their market share and customer base. Their goal was to launch a pilot program in Philadelphia, iterate based on what they learn, and then expand to other major cities.
Solution
I started by analyzing competitors, sorting cards, and creating a site map, then focused on how the mobile application would function, creating several user flows such as creating an account and ordering.
As a result of user-testing, the mobile app design scored very highly in usability. The most common response was that the shopping cart and purchasing process were "easy to understand and straightforward to navigate." Efforts are now being made to develop the app.
